XMAS RETURNS - Any orders made between 1st Novmber - 24th December you have until 31st January to return
We want you to shop in confidence knowing if it's not quite right on the big day you'll still have time to exchange or return.
Exchanges
We know it's hard to buy online sometimes, if you have an item thats too small or too big it's no problem to exchange!
Please email [email protected] to advise us you wish to exchange your item. Once the original item has been received we'll pop you out your exchange free of charge!

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Please ensure you include your reutrns form and reason why within the package so we can identify your return upon reciept.
Once refund is received and accepted will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge
The items must be received back in their original condition.
The items must be unwashed and unworn.
The items must be returned in the original packaging with swing tags still attached.
Items of a delicate fabric must not be returned with any snags or pulls.
Please ensure there are no make up or fake tan marks on the garments.

Are there any charges for return?
You are responsible for the return shipping charges including any additional customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel enters the UK.
Always obtain your proof of postage - We need this to track your return!
You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you sending the item tracked.
If you have sent your parcel un-tracked and your parcel goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your refund has been processed.
